In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679, EU Directive 2016/680, and Law 4624/2019 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, it is hereby notified that, within the scope of the Association’s activities and for the implementation of the provisions of the law and the acts of the competent authorities, a file of personal data is maintained, in electronic or other form, which also includes the data referred to in this document.

These personal data are collected, processed, recorded, stored, and submitted to the competent Authorities and Services, are used in accordance with the law and for the exercise of the Association’s activities, and the contracting parties provide their consent to the above-mentioned processing of their personal data.
